hahaha...never trust a sunbather on an overcast day!! the scene reminded me of Little Boxes an american folk song written by Malvina Reynolds in the 60’s, that satirizes the petite bourgeoisie’s life in the suburbia. Devendra Banhart’s version is my favourite.
I know of both as I was playing Banhart today (love shalom ?bop?) but remember well the Little Boxes song which seemed such a clever song then and still works today. I see what you mean regading the image.
